LACCS sessions combine guest speakers, best practices and experiences with ongoing reflection. There will also be dedicated time and coaching for your school or organization to develop or refine a character education plan.

Guest speakers are chosen based on feedback from participants and projected needs of each learning community. Sessions have included national speakers on leadership, moral and performance character development, relationships, restorative practices, mindfulness, trauma-informed practices, service learning, culturally responsive practices, and other social emotional learning topics.
